It looks like there's a bug in WoW right now where the Right Shift modifier doesn't get respected by the WoW API. Right Shift always gets treated as a Left Shift. ISBoxer by default appears to use Right Shift as the default FTL modifier.
The result of this is that follow breaks on your second slot. If you are on character slot 2 and use your follow me (or really any FTL based key map), the rest of your team will instead follow Slot 1 (Left Shift by default).
The workaround would be to change the FTL modifier for your second slot. This is accomplished by going to your Character Set, click on the second slot, and change the modifiers from Right Shift to another combination not in use. I changed mine to Shift + Alt and that restored follow for that slot.

Shout out to Psy-crow on Discord for steering me in the direction of where the FTL modifiers live in the team configuration.
