So decided to drop a Hunter and add Warlock (for multiple reasons).. anyone have a quick fix for this so I don't have to do that ga damn thing again? I thought I read somewhere a "workaround" so feel free to inbox me :)

Still confused. He got past the 4 bars and then logged on the new team? That's the "work around"?
I guess I am not understanding something. Only 1 team of 5 can have it work at a time to actually use the mount, right? I'm just not sure what I am missing or what is different in what he did if all my toons have manacles.

Yes a hivemind team is still only ever 5 characters. The workaround is to avoid needing a monocle on every character. You still need to do the Suramar beams part onward to change the team.
