OK, so I have leveled a 5-man team to 60 (MMMMPr) and been trying a lot of low level 5 man teams. Now I've started to level 10 toons as two 5-man teams running together (not a raid but two separate 5 man groups) WMMMPr and PaMMLPr.

In 5-man I've tried most of the healing set-ups in Mirai's videos and the one I've been using to great success is the combination of Vuhdo and Repeater regions. Works great in 5 man, also great in 10-man raids but not at all in 2 x 5-man.

So I've been thinking, watching a LOT of videos on multibox healing but the only way I've gotten it to work, sort of, is by using VFX-healing.
But, a HUGE limitation is that Healer A can only heal group A and Healer B can only heal group B.

I did try EMA+clique+repeater regions but never got it to work reliably, sometimes it heals, sometimes it don't so I gave up on that.

I know there is a lot of you out there leveling 2 x 5 groups (or more), how do you guys heal, is the way I do it the best way or am I missing something?

This is how I've set it up:

Just drive from one priest (local click heal) and vfx the 2nd priest

That’s what I do (using healbot for click to heal)

edit: that’s what you do and so it’s fine
i guess if you run oom with 1 healer and want to try to heal with the other maybe mouseover heal if you can seperate your toons
you can also have a key for the 2 healers to heal each other maybe

I highly doubt that. :>
Edgy cases and usual only braindead comps like mages only, priest only etc that either kill everything on the fly or heal themself.

Yeah, that's not what he's asking Moo. :)
He wants to heal with the healer of G1, group 2 while both groups are separate and not a raid.

Back to topic.
Personally I would never give me the hassle doing this (IMO plain stupid). But if you insist, that'd be actually the only situation I suggest using clickbar healing for the "other group", while the main group healing works in whatever way you want.

The orange squared are clickbars/menu buttons (whatever you prefer) with hardcoded target either as ISB or IG macro - though ISB is more dynamical and lets you use stuff like @SLOTX and 1 macro for both healers to cover both groups
IF {charactername}="healer 1" then /cast [@SLOT6] Greater Heal
IF {charactername}="healer 2" then /cast [@SLOT1] Greater Heal

etc.

Obviously this requires a group interface that lets you properly sort your party and keep it consistent, regardless who's the leader etc.

EDIT: Another way probably is, to use the healer of the respective group as assist target which the non-group healer can assist and use [@targettarget] as macro target.

Thank you, it seems complicated, but at least I know where to start. I just knew there was a way to do it. :-)
Will let you know how it goes.

Finally got it to work, sort of, it's not elegant but it does the work.
I use VFX-heal + Vuhdo when priest A heals group A and priest B heals group B, it works lika a charm and always did.
When priest A heals group B and vice versa I use clickbars, left click for flash heal and right click for heal.
It looks like this:
