This only started to happen a few days ago, I think after a recent Innerspace update, current Innerspace ver 1.16 build 6700.
As soon as Innerspace is started, this shows up, and exiting Innerspace, it's gone.
AFAIK nothing else changed on my system, anyone else have this problem or can share some insights into what's causing this?

An audio stream is currently in use.
As soon as Innerspace is started, this shows up, and exiting Innerspace, it's gone.
