Question about Starter Account

Hello guys, i have a question what happen if i put game time in an starter account? i will still locked to lvl 20? or will be able to play until legion? i want to mbox with 2 o 3 accounts but i cant afford bfa

you can generally play a starter account that has time on it all the way up to the beginning of the current expansion (110 in this case).

And whey SL goes live your account could automatically be upgraded to include BFA (lv. 50)
