Mounting Macro for druids or others

Hi,
I'm pretty new to multiboxing, just running 2 accounts at the moment. I was wondering if there's any way to macro targeting one character from the other to then jump on a 2 person mount or druid travel form.

Bind a macro to assist your primary then interact with target. Mount up, target yourself on your primary, then send the macro to your secondary. They will then hop on.
I use this with my Hivemind to get my whole team to hop in at once.
