Hi guys!

I have only these two options:

Ryzen 7 2700 (no X): 8 core / 16 thread = 3.2 GHz Base / Boost 4.1 GHz 65 Watts 20 MB Cache L3 (Zen+) IPC 446 cpuz | OC 3.9 GHz 1.3 vcore stable

Ryzen 5 3600 (no X): 6 core/ 12 thread = 3.6 GHz Base / Boost 4.2 GHz 65 Watts 32 MB Cache L3 (Zen2) IPC 508 cpuz | OC 4.1 GHz 1.3 vcore stable

My Humble Setup:

24 GB RAM (2x8 and 2x4) DDR4 Crucial 3000 MHz CL 15 (in overclock 3200 MHz CL 16)
RX 580 8 GB Nitro Sapphrie - Core Clock 1411 MHz | Speed Clock 2.0 GHz
4x SSD Raid 0
MB Gigabyte AB 350M DS3H V2
Windows 10 Enterprise 64 Bits
Monitor Benq XL2420T (Main) LED 120hz 1920x1080
Monitor LG Flatorn W2053TQ LCD 60hz 1600x900

Objective: 5 Accounts

Main Account: Resolution 1920x1080 | Quality 10 with 40-60 FPS
Others Accounts: Resolution 1280x1024| Quality 1 with 20-30 FPS

I believe that quality 7 is possible 60 FPS. And in quality 10, at least 40 FPS would be possible within the city?

I play:
WoW Classic
WoW Retail
Civilization 6 dual client
Tree of Savior dual client (MMO Korean)
Perfect World dual client (MMO Chinese)
Nox Emulator Mobile (Fire Emblem Heroes)

I'd personally choose the 3600 because Zen2. I've been loving my 3900X.

Also, it handily beats the i7-6700K that I was boxing Retail and Classic with as late as January. I box 5 at 1080p, stacked, 75/20fps with 2 dxNothing windows, a ton of addons and a 980Ti. I was easily maintaining 45fps+ even in more complex areas. Slot-swap macros are the bomb.

I don't think you're gonna see high quality and 60fps in retail with that setup, but I could be wrong; the 3600 might be enough to get you there.
