Hey. I’m just starting boxing again after 1.5 years off. Ive noticed my frame rate is suffering big time since the last time I played and I’m assuming it is from the direct x changes. I’ve got a gtx 1070 and a 6700k in this machine running wow on a m.2 drive. I only have 16gig of ram and that’s almost maxing out now when boxing 5 accounts. Is the 1070 still ok for 5 boxing ? I’m leaning toward the ram being my main issue ?
sorry for the necro.
cheers.

sorry for the necro.
There's no need for a necro when there's no harm in starting your own thread. So, I moved your post.

Other than your RAM, your hardware should be mostly fine, assuming you're playing on a 1080p display, using DX11 Legacy, and willing to play on potato settings. As for your RAM, 32GB has been the recommended amount since the Legion expansion, and so that'll easily be your bottleneck.

I played on a very similar system (6700k, 980Ti, 32GB) up through last November in Retail. Look up "slot-swap macros" around the forums here and that will help out a lot.
