Target changes

Hello.
I am running ISBoxer and Ema Classic. I'm trying to sheep something with my follower.
I target something with the follower. Then I click on a different target with my main. I can see they have different targets.

I push the hotkey for sheep. It's #6. There's nothing on that slot for my main and it's not a macro to sheep it's just the polymorph spell.

It changes targets to the main target and I can't find out why or were this setting is.

Anyone know how to fix this?

You most likely have auto-assist active for your character set (enabled by default), so all slaves assist your master when pressing a button of the combat hotkey-keymap.

Disabling it for the character set is a huge change and requires decent time to re-adjust your playstyle (and hotkeys); it should not be done on a whim.
Instead create a custom hotkey on a non-standard broadcast key (like the letter Q) that's just sending the ingame bound hotkey to the mage.

However, best practice is to keep the auto-assist so you can re-/adhoc sheep without switching to the mage.

To disable auto-assist completely, it should look like this:
