Hey everyone.

I just started multiboxing yesterday, oh boy it's fun!
I only have 2 accounts, 2 druids, one is my main, and the other I bought yesterday.

I'm thinking of buying 2 more accounts, to have a totalt of 4 which would be very cool (but a tad expensive..)

Anyway.
I was herbing yesterday, which is working ok, it took me some time to understand it.

Then I thought, should I get mining also? or is it not worth it?
Ores tend to sell more per piece on my server (up to double price)
But I have to mine them, which takes longer than herbing, as I have herb gloves enchant.

Also I risk a lot more stops, to fight for a mine vs a mob (not a big deal with 4 accounts, but still)

Did anyone actually test this? to see if it's worth having mining and herbalism, and not just herbalism?
My initial plan was to have Herbalism and Tailoring for extra cloth drops when I will do open world farms for BoE mounts and such.

Very excited to multibox some more, it's a whole new world =D
Thanks a bunch!

think you can find most info there https://www.dual-boxing.com/threads/57073-How-to-quot-efficiently-quot-and-quot-quickly-quot-mine-gather-ores-herbs-and-fly-away-as-5-druids-as-a-newcomer

Welcome!

Once you really get hooked, I think the question stops becoming "what do I want this char in this group to do?" and instead becomes "what groups do I still need so I can do everything?". To put it another way, I would guess many people here have a whole group of druids where all 5 are herb & mining, then another groups where all 5 are tailoring & alchemy for the cool downs, etc.

Didn't even think about it that way..! Thanks :) It makes sense.

I at first, decided to go for Herbalism and engineering (to be able to use Loot-a-rang)
I bought 2 more accounts to a total of 4 now
Now I'm going to farm gold until I get 3 more mil (I want the brutosaur before it disappears)
after that I'm going to save up for enough tokens to buy another account =) to a total of 5, and then I think i'll start to explore the things you just told me about.

It's like a whole new way to play the game, i'm excited to see what I can do with this..
I rly want to be able to run mythics alone, as I don't have much time on my hands, and all my friends play different games than wow.
but right now it's very intemidating, I barely manage to keep track of 4 identical characters doing the same spells :P so doing tank, healer and dps specs sounds very complicated, but interesting!

Sorry if it went a little away from the topic, I'm just very excited about this multiboxing..
I have a 34" ultrawide monitor, and it's so perfect for watching multiple clients, i'm having so much fun =D

lol.. i was just posting similar qns on the other thread.. i tot i was crazy with 5x druid for herb and 5x for mining and doing another 5x for tailoring.. along with my 5x main and 5x sub team.. but i only had 1 prof per team, cuz engineering always the 2nd prof for loot-a-rang..
