Mage Cold of Cone while rotating

is there a good method of having a second mage follow my main mage and be able to rotate/ pivot ~90deg and blast cold of cone?

You've never been able to macro movement, so unless you're holding down a key in an attempt to accurately spin your character(s) into their position(s), it cannot be automatically done for you.
