What would be the minimum pc requirements to run a 10-box on classic at 30 fps at least (slave windows on absolute minimum visuals)?

I can't speak for minimum requirements, but i run a 9-box in ZG atm utilizing the below PC:

i7-4790K
16 GB Ram
GTX 1070 Graphics

It handles it very well, main window is 50+ fps, all slaves are at min graphic setting and main window is set to 7 of 10 graphic settings. It will bog down some if i try to watch Netflix/Plex on the side. My setup includes three monitors as well with all windows master/slave on my main window.

The AMD Ryzen R9 3700x should be good for this (with a ~4.2GHz+ OC plus undervolt) and is pretty cheap right now with a B450 board. I'd say 32GB of system RAM if you're doing other things like browser/netflix/streaming/etc. I would think a 1070 or 980Ti or maybe 2060 Super would be OK, though the better the GPU the better your main will look. I'm really enjoying the 3900x (12c/24t) upgrade, and it's only showing ~10% CPU utilization with 5@1080p in classic with the usual slot-swap macros. I would think even a 3600X would be enough if you carefully manage your settings. My i7-6700K+980Ti was struggling a bit to maintain 60fps on the main in some areas, but the 2080 Super OC isn't having any trouble maintaining 75fps with the same slot-swap macros.

Any semi-modern 4-core CPU should work to 5-x classic. 16GB RAM is fine for classic, and could probably get by with 8GB, although I wouldn't recommend it. I'm getting 750-850MB RAM usage per instance.
