Alt & Spec Changes to Essences

I wouldn't necessarily rejoice, just yet, without knowing the details of the system, such as how many echoes are required and how fast you can get them. Blizzard seems to like their grinds lately, so this may not be much of an improvement, depending on how often one plays, or what activities they engage in.
