Hey everyone, recently I was thinking of trying out multiboxing in WoW Classic. My main goal is to level alts as fast as possible with an already leveled 60 mage.

My composition would be 60 mage, along with 3 more mages and 1 priest.
I would roll on Horde.

Reason for that would be easy Gorshak farming at the last levels, for max XP gain.
I was thinking about leveling my 3 mages & priest to lvl 8, then run RFC > SFK > SM.

After that i considered going ZF, now here is where it gets complicated.
Is it possible to do ZFGY kiting with all 4 mages at the same time, for the least time to kill, or is it better to just put the alts I'm leveling in a safe spot and farm zombies with my 60 mage or just run the dungeon as a whole?

In BRD I would use a macro for 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th FN cast, along with healing myself.

I see there is a lot of resources here and on YouTube, mostly old content, which might be outdated or just doesn't work on Classic.
Can anyone be kind and put me on a right path, with resources that would match my needs?

I would appreciate everything from written tutorials to YT videos.

You may be just fine leveling up a party of 4mages+Priest as they are so fast but if you have a level 60 that you can powerlevel with that can be good also.

On the 'Leveling (https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1j6tc7Bi0WNN_NbplgM1mbKcJkv89c4EhbYDN18vuYA4/edit#gid=566752830)' tab of the 'Classic WoW Planning' spreadsheet are two links in cyan (light blue) that are for two great guides. One is by Isabella from the ISboxer Discord and the other is from Bruce Lee in these forums and both are solid.

That spreadsheet should be fully up to date and if you find any discrepancies please post a comment on the spreadsheet and it should get updated pretty quickly. Note the the link above will open up just one tab (the 'Leveling' tab) but across the bottom the spreadsheet has multiple tabs with things you may find helpful such as:

- 'Phases' tab: Lists what content is available by what phase and dates are current (up to most recent content release of 3/11);

- 'Info' tab: Lists of various things that may be helpful (lots of links to other sources);

- 'Leveling' tab: In addition to links to the 2 guides highlighted in cyan mentioned above the Leveling tab lists the recommended dungeon paths for most teams of either faction with recommended levels to start/stop each dungeon and has links to both guides and maps for each dungeon;

- 'HyperSpawns' tab: This tab shows you locations in Classic WoW where mobs often respawn faster than many teams can kill them for great XP and typically includes maps &/or coordinates to locations.

- 'Instances' tab: This has the best info from WowHead, Warcraft Tavern, & ProGuides all brought into one single table with corrections applied (when things were listed wrong elsewhere) including minimum levels to enter dungeons/raids and maximum team sizes;

- 'TEMPLATE preRaid BiS' tab: This tab is a template you can copy to put in your desired Best in Slot (BiS) items for your characters and track your progress as you go. After this tab there are already ones for Warriors and Paladins and you can use this blank template for other classes or to make your own...

Note: The entire spreadsheet is NOT copy protected so you can copy it to your google drive and edit if/as wanted (at least to track progress on BiS items or if using the actual start/stop levels on the leveling tab like I did)... Where possible the spreadsheet also includes links to original sources if you want more detail or want to check for discrepancies...

Hope that all helps. Any suggestions/feedback to make it better or more helpful would be appreciated.

Watch this guys channel for ideas on how to boost efficiently with a mage in various dungeons.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QoeXrFJq4ugWow he boosted 1-60 in 2.6 Days Played.

From what I watched I understood he and his friend(s) gathered a lot of stats from their runs and he said they planned to post the raw stats with summaries and some lessons learned and I look forward to seeing that info when they release it (I subscribed to his channel). I did hear him say that average group level did make a substantial improvement in the XP for the overall group which was great to hear. I understood that they added a level 30 to a group of a 60 booster with the rest of the characters in their 40s/50s when one of the level 40/50 people had to bow out & the XP being awarded to the 40s/50s went up (they had going as much as humanly possible doing those 2.6 days played over 4 days straight as a group). Likely they were running Uldaman, ZF, & Mara which give XP to characters in their 40s and 50s but allow a minimum level 30 character to enter (30 for Uldaman & 35 for ZF/Mara).

Thanks for sharing that youtube channel!
