So i am running 3 druids. so far i havnt really tried healing and tanking an instance but the time is neigh.

Do you have separate profiles to run instances then? How hard would it be to make the game simply broadcast the keys pressed and not the FTL macros? so i can simply make a custom macro for the random dps in the group /assist [random new dps guy] because when im tanking im targeting multiple mobs to get aggro and my druid is losing all combo points changing targets constantly. ive been doing this ghettoly by just turning on the broadcast function and keymaps off but that also removes my /interact with target functionality.

Yes i know if i really spent hours looking at the wiki i could find this out for myself, but figured someone would know EXACTLY what im talking about or M would have a video specifically dealing with this topic. Since im only running a 3 man team i have to rely on PUGS and if i dont need to heal it wont be a problem so i dont want to destroy my whole setup for the healing sessions

I had the same issue with my rogue. So I changed the Auto-Assist macro to do /assist [nodead] {FTL}. That way all the dps stay on a target until it is dead. Of course you need a way to change targets, so on my "pull" keybind I use the regular non-auto assist macro.

You can change the auto-assist in the virtual mapped keys section of the character set. See https://isboxer.com/wiki/Virtual_Mapped_Key
