Well, since Blizzard automatically starts to do anti botting tests" on you, and like very fast, if you are rapported by other players for cheating, i would be extremely carefull if you want to do that: "a stand still farm". If you dont act in time, you will be banned. Gone are the days when you could watch a movie and casually press some buttons and enjoy a stand still farm..

So then.... either start herbing with all 8..(druids ideally, for the flight form).......... or learn how to use TSM.......buy low...resell for higher....and/or snipe items... all that jazz.

If you are a somewhat skilled player and enjoy playing.... join a boosting community.... and help boost mythic 5mans, raids etc, to get gold.

Also, get exalted rep with all the emissaries and spam WQs. the WQ rewards themselves add up to some great gold..but you will be getting a ton of supply boxes every time you ding past exalted rep.. they have 4k+gold in them

I've seen videos of people 10+ boxing with characters rotating in circles and pulling mobs from all angles... to me even tho it's still one action per key press... it's pushing the grey line of botting too far.. if you can play the game from your couch without having to watch the screen and just mash a button that's too close to automation for me...

I 10 box myself and have done plenty of farming... but have never used a heavily automated setup like this and have never had a problem...

The weekly invasions zones also are nice for gold... you get a 50/50 chance at 2,000 gold per character from the chests for completing the invasion... I also like using the daily herbs to anchors transmute.. which is worth about 500g per character each day...

I prefer Hunters to Druids... I admit I am a bit biased.. I really enjoy playing hunters.. Hunters game play is very easy to box with.. it's great bringing around a bunch of built in tanks wherever you go....

As I've said on the general forums repeatedly it seems foolish to me to multibox for gold when you can spend $$ instead on tokens for gold. With tokens it doesn't cost any additional time or frustration setting up hardware and configurations. Multiboxing is a different passion. It's simply a different way of playing the game. Gold is FAR easier to get these days without multiboxing. For example the AH mount is about the same cost as setting up 5 new accounts for 3 months.

I'm not about to mudwhimp you bro! Just offering a different take =D.

Maybe some don`t have the $$ - but want gold to buy tokens to turn into game time? and still have the passion to do all the other great stuff you can do multiboxing.

You just have to pay attention to new items and what people need.

I can give one hint for gold hunting right now... people (absolute newbies) sometimes post these 3 items... they have many lines of different text at the bottom of each item... and two numbers further up... from low to high.. higher is better... you simply look at the average region worth... if its posted for 500k...buy and relist at actual worth (these items easily sell for x3 compared to the regular items..which do not have the long texts at the bottom... in this example the item is worth 1.5 mill).

Can resell these all day long. Items vary from 500k to 5 mill...each... as they wont be replaced untill shadowlands.. most likely... beware though...1 of the items were slightly nerfed, veeeery recently...but its still not bad... Sales were insane first two weeks into 8.3... after something was released... now prices are much lower... but still very worthwhile. You wont find a better "gold farm" right now.

Happy hunting :)

I wont give any more hints.

so i've been farming skyreach (solo) during my idle time or when i dont feel like boxing..
i do mythic every week, and i farm til lockout..
after that i go back to boxing or stop..

like to farm there.. i tink the instance is easy and quick.. but juz wan to ask.. if there's other places/instance for farming that nets more gold?

These numbers can get changed and even nerfed every so often. People have made spreadsheets of the various dungeons and raids + there are multiple guides on youtube. You may want to take the info with a fistfull of salt. Do a google / youtube search and try them out for yourself. Main point is, you want to farm something you enjoy and thats efficient, if you want to keep doing it on a regular basis.

You might also want to bookmark the reddit wow economy thread, it can give some general tips in between.

One of the best spreadsheets

https://drive.google.com/open?id=1o8jRIMbqzHGev7EEIS3_MTZEPdVks4xpGxMCHSGOl HU

I do this on some toons(transmog/pets):

Run LFRs in order:
Goto Garrison, Talk to Seer Kazal
Archimonde's Fall
Destructor's Rise (Fel Lord)
Bastion of Shadows (Iskar, Socrethar)
Halls of Blood (Hellfire High Council)
Iron Assembly (beast Lord)

Goto MOP, Veil of Eternal Blossoms. Mogushan palace. Talk to Lorewalker Han.
Dread Approach to the Heart of Fear (all 3 bosses)
Nightmare of Shek'zeer (All 3 bosses)
Terrace of Endless Spring (all)
Guardians of Mogushan (first 3)
Forgotten Depths (Tortos)
Underhold (Malkorok)

Garrison Hearth, Go to Gorgrond, Iron Docks,
Run whole iron docks instance. pull and loot everything. this is to kill time for instance reset.
If you need more time, you can also run Everbloom or Seat of the Triumvirate (if unlocked)

Back to MOP,
Leishen Pinnacle of Storms (Iron Qon, consorts)
Last Stand of the Zandalari (Jinrok)

Go run Heroic Terrace of Endless Spring, MSV, and Heart of Fear.

edit: doing now, running HoF heroic, did not run the heroic dung in the middle of the run, netted about 7k. respectable.
