Easy way to manage potions, hearthstones, etc...

Is there an easy way, addon perhaps, to help manage potions, hearthstones etc to be used during encounters. Right now I have to switch over to the toons screen I want to consume the goodie on and just wondering if there is a simple way to do it from whichever screen I am driving from.

I use VFX with click through
So I can use different skills for differents charakters from my main window. (like potions, healthstones, evocation, ice block, cold snap, ice barrier, life tap, totems)
Everything which I need during combat for individuel usage.

I also made a key map to toogle vfx on and off.

My UI isn't beautiful, but it's functional. (Quick & Dirty)

i use "tellmewhen", but i would suggest to learn how to use "weakauras", as its newer and more popluar it seems.

Basically you can create custom squares etc where you want, and track what you want.

F.ex i have my raidframes to the right of my tank.
Then on the left side, close to the raidframes i have seperate vertical buttons for my tank cooldowns.
On the bottom of the raidframes, close to the raidframes, i have a row of other various cooldowns, horisontal, for my tank.

On the left side of my tank, i have seperate vertical buttons which are cds for my slaves. You can make as many as you want here, one for each character, or just one button for 1 spell. You create these the same as you would for yourself, but instead of tracking yourself, you track f.ex the name of your healer. So if "priestone" uses "x" spell, the button goes on cd and counts down to when its available again. You can choose to track items, trinket proccs, heartstones, healthpotions etcetc aswell.

Its basically limitless options here. You can even import custom pictures and sounds + notifications when a spell is off cooldown, and when it comes back.

The use of these addons also span outside raiding etc.
F.ex i used to fish and sometimes i could get a unique item that gave rep. However it was hard to keep track on who had gotten it, as you couldnt get another one, as its unique.
I beat this by making a custom tellmewhen, so that whenever anyone got that item, they showed a gigant red picture on their entire screen, so it was impossible to miss.

I use bartender and created a "grid" that sits next to ema team window - with a 36 button overlay over it that just sends the right command to each character. For my 5 locks I have healthsrone, bandage, lifetap, potion, banish, and void sac. Top row does that action on all 5.
