I just hit 120 on my hunter trinity last week. I went into my first normal dungeon....and ilvl 400 items started dropping.

Apparently the following applies:
Normal Dungeons: 400
Heroic Dungeons: 415
Mythic Dungeons: 430

If you wanted to come back and try retail boxing and experience BfA dungeon content as a multiboxer, now's likely your best opportunity.

My hunters were 385 at the start of this patch, they are all 410+ now.. from the quest line and WQs only. Everyday i did WQs for gear the item level was 10+ higher. So its very fast. Also, the new BoA gear drops help a lot if your doing the new faction dailies with multi teams, but those are random gear types.

Everything scaled up with it as well. Did a Mythic +5 last night, and it felt like a +9. Granted I was getting upgrades at least at the end of the run though.

So if you dip your toes into Mythic + and start getting blasted, don't be too discouraged, just need to work that ilvl up.

Guys... I have 4 acc with chars lvl 120 (1DK and 3 paladins) but this chars has low ilvl. Can i do normal dgs with just 4 chars (1 do blood and 3 pala protection)?

And when they have a bigger ilvl, would i be able to do mythic plus with this team?

And when they have a bigger ilvl, would i be able to do mythic plus with this team? walk them through the Nazjatar intro quests and use the 20 pearls to get 385 benthic gear, and then do normal dungeons. The intro takes about 10minutes. It starts at the Island scenario guy. You'll get i think 4 pieces of 385 gear for 10 minutes of work. This is assuming you mean really low ilvl. Then do heroics the moment you can.

You have 4 characters, but wish to do real challanging 5man content? Why would you want to gimp yourself. This doesnt sound well planned. Sure, you could do mythic plus, but high lvl keys? I have doubts it will be pleasant.

In fact i have 5 acc, but the last one dont have a 120 lvl char... I asked If i can do with 4 acc because i see people selling mythic plus rush (assuming that they do this with 4 players).
I Just played bfa at the begining of the expansion and last months i return to play classic. Now, in bfa i dont find a way to making Gold yet...

I don't think we'll be able to sell mythic+ runs anytime soon, it's been hard enough to complete a +10 in the current and past seasons and soon the standard for what people will want to buy is a +15 as it gives the best rewards.

I felt like the normal dungeons had scaled up too. I went in the second I hit 120 and got blasted. Got 30 ilvls from just doing WQs and now it's fairly easy.

This is good insight. I'll probably try to get to 430 before heading into mythic+.

The benefit of multiboxing is either doing transmog runs or gathering such as Herbing/Mining, since all of the characters can tap the same resource. To me it's relaxing, but it really depends on your server auction house market. This is best done with Druids because they can be in flight form and still tap a node, or if you have to shift out for mining you can quickly shift back in. It takes some practice but you'd be surprised at the gold per hour if you multiple it by x4 or x5.

i see people selling mythic plus rush (assuming that they do this with 4 players).
People selling carry runs are almost always overgeared for the content, or they use a gimmick to cheese content. So if you're overgeared and can just blow up the content with 4 people, then sure, you can probably carry an alt if your multiboxing coordination/setup is good enough.

It's your first time through Legion? If so, just sit back and enjoy it. Do all the storylines, and especially Suramar. It's really good stuff.

Yea.. i stopped in wod years back.. then one day recently i got so bored i went back to wow.. thats when i realized i missed 2 expansion.. legion and bfa.. everything was still fine till wod.. then legion came i got lost in it.. wanted to skip artifact quest cuz its solo but found out i cant..

yep, those forced solo scenarios were the worst thing about legion for a boxer. There are more solo scenarios sadly, but nothing as bad as the artifact weapons. Glad Blizzard mostly cut that out for BFA.

Should look into getting the legendaries too, i dunno if you can get them easily at your level but the started selling them on a vendor in Dalaran for something like token dungeon drops.

i used to try every dungeon previously.. but with bfa or (not sure which expansion), the dungeons are changed and some are quite hard i feel, need to run around a lot, cant just tank and spank.. and i got lazy as well.. lol.. so i juz went ahead and level since i m more interested in hitting cap..

btw, is there any list out there that says which dungeons are boxer friendly or not?

I would just take it slow, getting flying takes a bit of time. It's a huge game changer though after you have it. Working the Nazjatar and Mechagon rep is the slowest part - just make sure to do the dailies in those zones. I suppose part 1 is also just as time consuming. It took me about 3 weeks casually going after it.

Mechagon is rough. I suggest buying Rustbolt contracts as soon as you can.

I sort of regretted going 2x ele shaman, wanted to go 2x hunter instead but though it would be safer to go with the 'original' team i played.. found that ele shaman had no totems and enhancement was melee lol.. i wanted to get all the account wide stuff like flying before i jump onto another char or team..

but anyway, thanks for the tips.. 3 weeks really sounded long for me.. i was thinking to get flying from wod and legion but seems like after u are in bfa.. none of those really matter.. bfa now has endless content already...

It probably doesn’t hurt to also get flying in those places as well. (I still need flying for WoD). There’s just a lot of things to do and you don’t have to rush it. That leads to an easy burn out. Sometimes it’s also just about the journey. I do agree there is a lot to do in BFA especially if you’re starting from scratch.

thanks Ellay! totally agree.. while i'm a perfectionist (sort of), i try to get all the achievements nailed one by one.. i dont know where to prioritize..
now.. i'm just gunning for the flying in bfa.. when i'm tired.. i just go and do the lower level contents... i'm now at rep grind.. i guess that'll take some time..

I did unlock Flying in Draenor i about 2 weeks (did only play 3 month of WOD) - rep with help of Medallion of the Legion and then waiting for Assault on the Pit.

the idea of 2 weeks or more for flying in newer content puts me off a little .. lol ..
i think im like almost done with the war campaign .. left with rep grind, world quest and part 2 for bfa..
trying to find how to earn some gold as well.. since a lot of stuff are pretty xpensive..

I love flying, but really am glad Blizz makes the initial trips through a new xpac ground only. You do experience the game differently. That said I'm so glad all the alts get to fly!

The rep for flying isn't that horrible in BfA if you do the Emissary quests, follow the stories/do quests and use a contract for whichever you're lowest on (use to be Tortollan > Rustbolt).

Also don't forget Darkmoon Faire 10% xp/rep buff (Whee! or Top Hat too).

I still do quite a bit in Legion and WoD - transmog, finishing quests/crafting that didn't get completed, etc., and as I'm a mount/pet collector - class hall table quests to get paragon loot drops! I actually went back a month or so ago and did the class mount quest on all 13 classes. Besides it breaks up Bfa which was great the first few times, but getting a bit of a bore on the umpteenth time!
