I followed the guides on setting up a pro config and I thought everything was setup correctly. I've been playing, things work like I expected.

But I went to make a round-robin interrupt using a named macro from the library and I noticed I don't have any class specific macros. The guides seem to indicate that these should be created automatically by the pro config. Did I miss something in the config that needs to be checked to generate them? Or do they not get created anymore on ISBoxer 4.2?

You will have to create macros yourself.

I am curious to know which guide suggested there would be preconfigured macros?

(It will create the assist, follow macroes, but for actions like /cast fireball when i press "1", you have to assign/place spell icon/ place custom macro on the hotbar placement that you assigned to keypress "1").

Notice how in the video below, that once you have verified from every game window that assist and follow works correctly, then you can start to create new keybinds using the isboxer mapped key wizard, just make sure, if you are creating a button you want assist to work, you have to let isboxer know that this is a assist key. Again, look at video closely.

Do note that the ftl system works for a single pc system, max 24 characters (or was it 26..). Anyhow, im running multiple pcs and more characters, so im using the good old trusty /focus nameoftoon, /follow focus, /assist focus macros. Its not that bad, but i miss ftl sometimes)

I've read and watched so many guides, I must have confused two different things. Somehow I got the idea that ISBoxer automatically created a named macro for each ability for each class.

Thanks for the quick responses.

The OP asked about class macros - What does any of the above have to do with that? Also, this statement...

Do note that the ftl system works for a single pc system
...just isn't true.

I had a feeling it was something he should be aware off / know. Like a supplement to the other answers above. It was also something off the top of my head that can feel "like automation" to a new isboxer user.

Also i know its possible to use ftl across computers, but it doesnt work "automatically" right out of the box on the slave computers, as you have to manually correct the modifier for every character on the slave pcs + and for max amount of possible characters you also need a keyboard with extra modifier keys (not a big deal, but something to be aware off + i also had to change the system langue from my own to english uk). Atleast this was the case way back when i set mine up. I would love to see a new indepth guide on this though :) In any case, i run more toons than the possible key combinations allow for, so thats why i run "manual /focus.... /follow focus.... /assist focus etc" these days.
