Retail raw gold

Hi dudes... Any sugestion to farming raw Gold in retail with a multiboxing team?

Havent found any spots that yields enough raw gold alone, to be worth my time.

If you are looking to loot and sell items, there are lots of activities to do, like killing mobs for cloth and/or skins and random drops (inkl rare boe's and mounts).

Alternativly do herbalism, mining, fishing.

If you have decently geared characters and somewhat skilled, with 10+ you can farm thrash in normal/hc raids (need to get hold of suitable raid save though, as needed).


If you dont want to farm... you should spend a long time studying how to use the TSM addon and use the auctionhouse. This is what i recommend the most. Basic example: 1 herb is 12g at the cheapest. You spent 2 hours farming 200 and you put them up at the ah for 7g each, to make a quick garantee sell. I buy those instantly, then quickly try resell for close to 12g each. Yes, you did make gold, but i hardly did any effort and earned more than you eventually. Then there are people having a rare item... they put it up for 12k, when it sells for 40k... which i quickly buy and relist. Etcetcetc

Easiest way to learn how to use the ah is to start very carefully: f.ex start with 1 item that you know well. Do some investigation on what it usually sells for. Then create it so that tsm lets you know the moment someone posts such a item, for the max price you are willing to buy it for. You then quickly buy it and relist for a higher price. Obviously there can be lots of pitfalls and errors to be done, when you are new. Though, as you can imagine, if you are carefull, and litterarly eventuallly tracking thousands of items this way, the gold will flow in. New players have no idea what items usually sell for.. so its like stealing candy from a baby.

Imagine running this on multiple realms at the same time + also being able to compare rare pets across realms.. buy one cheap over there.. then resell it for higher on a different realm etcetc. Major profits can be had.
