Free character moves closing today in NA and tomorrow in EU

If I understood correctly the free character moves are closing at 11am PST for NA & and 6 December at 1:00 a.m. CET for EU:

I just checked and verified they were still showing up as an option in the NA client.

Code to allow Paid character transfers are coming to the clients today. No ETA on when they will be enabled nor what restrictions may be imposed:
