How to target corpse via macros ? ( wow classic )

Hi, is there any way to target nearest corpse via macro or /run command ?

Not specifically, no.

You can target last (killed) target, and after that press binded "Interact with target" key. That suits for looting corpses that killed directly.
For AOE looting you need use some special clicking-over-area script :)
