My 3 mages need the exalted offhand and it would be a pain to do the exalted grind 3 times. How / what will you do to get around /follow not working? Just semi-afk on the extra slaves? That feels wrong...

I think it is wrong and will not be multi boxing in BGs.

from what ive read follow will be disabled so theres no way we can box effectively. Would just cause more of a hate towards boxers if we have idiots trying to make ctm etc work, and as such just ruin the BG for the rest of the players that will have a handicap due to said player.

I do feel your pain though. Want the WSG exalted legs and bracers aswell as the AV exalted axe and ring for my warriors.

I believe its going to put more hatred against us by doing that and raising more red flags for blizzard to put the hammer down. so I am not going to just grind one at a time as well =(

Or they could just re-implement autofollow again. Brian Holinka is the one that had it disabled and it had nothing to do with stopping bots from honor farming. He got destroyed by a boxer in a BG and then he made a comment about it on twitter that he was going to screw over that boxer. Auto follow was promptly removed with no notice in any patch notes before it happened.

Prepared has it all well documented out nicely and still has a link to Holinka's tweet. I wish I had book marked his posts he made, would probably have to drop by his stream and as him about it.

I only PvE in games to PvP, it's been that way for me since playing on Rallos Zek, Tallon Zek and Sullon Zek in Everquest. Once I've cleared a raid for the first time, running it over and over again is boring as hell. PvP has infinite replay-ability for me.

We can all PVP on one character at a time as much as we want.

I'd do AV with Shadow Priests, or Warlocks. No other class without autofollow tho.

With SP's or Warlocks, a 4 or 5 man group won't be noticeable if not able to keep up well with a push, but, once it arrives in any bottle neck fight, it will be devastating. Hunters would probably be more devastating, but without the ability to follow, they'd be much more difficult to use. SP's and Warlocks can just be dropped off at the front, and dot's don't need facing.

When did you play Rallos? You might know me and or my guild. Granted, I played early on Rallos and quit before I hit cap, but for the first month I was the third or fourth highest leveled player on the server, behind Retsam and another Necromancer (forget his name). My guild was/is TheMercs, and our GM back then ended up being world first to cap, and while I moved to Asherons Call and played on Darktide, our guys who continued to play were well known, Teldren, Thyrm, Shadowsword, Hiretsukan and some others.

I am confused by posts above:

how do you plan on handling 10 shamans without /follow?

What’s the trick for warlock/SP that makes it follow?

You park your characters at a choke point and spam dots while trying to position yourself out of range of warriors and priests that want to aoe fear you since if they get too spread out you are as good as dead

Don't need to multibox 10 chars to own in wpvp as horde, a single char will do considering h/a ratio on most PvP servers. I legitimately spend more time corpse running to dungeons as alliance than completing an instance
