I'm using hotkeynet to mirror keystrokes which has worked so far leveling my Druid x4 mages since I was driving with the Druid. Now that I hit 60 though I changed my team comp to Druid Tank, 3 mages and Holy Paladin. I have figured out how to get/keep agro and how to nuke with the mages but healing is a challenge. Any suggestions for keybinds or tactics would be greatly appreciated.

With both of my teams I have been healing with the AddOn VuhDo and really like it.
On my current 3Warlocks+Priest+Mage group I drive from the Priest and use VuhDo instead of regular party/raid frames.
On my previous 3Warrior+2Paladin team I drove from a lead Warrior and used ISBoxer's VFX features to pull both VuhDo windows into the Warrior's window so that I could use either Healer's VuhDo as desired (I would often alternate to leverage MP5 regen).
One option with your current setup is to drive from your healer and heal from there. Another option would be to have both your healer and tanks windows up side by side and put a VuhDo like addon as close to the Tanks screen as possible.
All that being said I would highly recommend you use ISboxer as it is more than worth the minimal cost. Either VFX or repeater regions allows you to access your healer from any window.

I use clique no matter if I drive from the healer or someone else. If I am not driving from the healer I just use repeater regions, I’m quite new to multiboxing still but I like to keep things simple.

Most "Clique" style addons do well with healing...VuDuo is the only one i found that keeps ur pets in alphabetical order whereas the others can get ur pets out of order.
If u dont use pets then use any that work for you.

Paladin healer, I just use macro to target my tank and flash heal, then bind to a key and spam that key during pulls. I think eventually I'm going to just bind that flash heal spam to the same button my dps uses for their macros, lol.
I do have video fx set up and mouse clickthrough withClique enabled raid bars just in case I need to heal others.

That's how I arena'd with my 4x DK/Pali team in Cata lol. I think I peaked at around 2200, (didn't finish there).
I just bound flash to literally every button in my DK rotation. Drove as the Pali. Spammed DPS/Interrupts, and all I had to do really, was be defensive with the paladin movement wise, and click on a DK to heal.

The popular methods, in order of increasing complexity (but also in terms of features):
- Repeater region + Clique (or any other healing addon)
- VFX + Clique (or any other healing addon)
- Clickbars + Clique (or any other healing addon)
- Clickbars + mouseover macros

Why is everyone misreading the OP ?
I'm using hotkeynet
I could suggest F1 for @party1 and so on , but im not sure if the party will be in the same order from driver to healer so you might endup healing the wrong char , however you can insert text to be parsed ingame with HKN so id say /target Name /cast Heal (you got the ideea) ...
