Hey there
I've been looking around some but can't find a working method to get the damage from the slave toons to display on the main window.
Quiding has it working and I think that I've seen him explain it somewhere, though I can't seem to find that post.
How do you guys do and is there a reasonable way to fix this for Mik's scrolling combat text without being a LUA-magician?

You can find the link in Quidings RFK video, as he comments it dosent pick up all the dmg, but most dmg from «skills»

Play around with your Combat log settings and turn on Friends damage and it should show all of it, downside is in open world it shows friendly damage not just party, I can't seem to find settings for only this.
In "My Actions" you add Friends, in "Message Types" you can then add Spell damage and Melee damage and the like, now MSBT should be able to catch it.

Thanks. Tried following the video and your instructions above but I can't seem to get it working. Is it enough to config this on the main character or on all five?

It should be enough on just your main guy, the white melee hits seems still to not be picked up 100% of the time, if you make a crit one it seems like it picks that one up every time.
"%a %s %n" for crit one and the trigger is like this.

I then put them into the same Scroll area.
EDIT: I figured out how to only show party members, just put in another condition on each which is Source Unit Affiliation - is equal to - Party member

It looks like I can get the crits to show. Would you mind showing me your syntax and setup for the normal group damage?

Ok, so do I need to setup four different triggers? One for normal swing hits/swing crits as well as skill hits/crits?

You could do that, but I don't think the normal melee swings will show up 100% of the time, I can't figure it out anyways, currently I only see crits.
