3Boxing Melee?

Thinking about using my rogue, shaman and feraldruid to level up, they are currently level 24 but I want to know if this will get efficient or if it will require too much effort? I plan on having all of them as melee for good buffs ( 5% crit and more bleed damage from druid's mangle, WF and strength totem + APbuff from shaman and pure pwn from the rogue )
Is it worth activating my shaman-acc for this or will it be a completely waste of time? Dont plan PvP with them
