A specific key bind not broadcasting to all toons.

My cedilla button or ¨ is not broadcasting to all toons. Thing is only this specific button does not broadcast. All other buttons do fuction normally.

i would post in isb forums or tag lax , other then that check the target of the key (especially if you use new "renamed" ATG's )
