Alternative to /follow in BG's?

So if it ends up not being a thing does that mean mutibox is dead in BG's or is there competitive alternatives worth using?

I heard click to move being a thing...?

Also If we do have alternatives what will be the best class setups?

Broadcast mouseclicks and use click to move in combination with WASD keys for all characters, and use arrow keys when you need to reposition your characters.

Your guys will have to be stacked on top of each other, so good luck against fear unless you have a team of mages who can 1 shot everyone with pom pyro and arcane explosion, or soul link warlocks who can dot behind their back and run away with wotf/fear ward in case a warrior decides to charge you and fear you
