So now that my wife has signed off on me building a new rig, I want to do the dual-LCD setup for single-box 5-manning that a lot of folks are doing. That's with the main character on the left screen and the other 4 split on the other screen.

There are tons of threads floating around with peoples' setups and I wanted to get some consolidated opinions on what's good at different price points. So please post anything you think might be relevant!

I run with a 22" Widescreen for my main, and a 19" regular with the 4 others on it. It's good enough for most tasks, but you really cant read the text on the 19" instances. I've seen a lot of people do 2x 22" Widescreens, and I bet that would be better. Alternatively, I've also seen people use 1 30" Widescreen to 5box on (I believe it has the same overall space as a 22" + 19"). 2 30"-ers would be sweet, but the most expensive option.

I'm building my wife a new comp right now for the same purpose. So far here are the ingredients:

AMD Phenom 9500
8600GT 512MB (Main monitor)
6800 512MB (Secondary monitor, I own 5 of these already, so they're getting used)
4GB RAM
Dedicated Raptor
2x 22" Samsungs

I figure it shouldn't have any issues running 5 accounts. I run 2 on my FX60 and only use 50% of system resources.

Clearfont is great... I totally forgot I use that.... Found it just after I started playing. They've made it so you can use any font you want also.

I have a question: I want to run 5 wow instances with two 22 Samsung 226bw monitors.
One instance on one monitor and four instances on the second.
Now, do I need two graphic cards for this? Does it make such a big difference?
