To Piercing Howl with first 10 points or not?

My team is Warrior, Priest, Lock, Mage, Shaman. My other two teams I dumped points into tanking. I am thinking about going straight to piercing howl on this new team. Anyone know how well it is for aggro grouping mobs for aoe?

I'm think that going straight to Anger Management no matter what role you're playing is the best route. Rage is a huge deal leveling in classic. Piercing howl isnt good for aggro, it's good for runners though.
