when in this period : 31-42: SM , which is the quick and safe way to reach SM , and which hotel you make as home , since my comp is just in this level .

uh, sounds like you're alliance. Southshore is your best bet i believe. The flightpath at Chillwind Camp at the very south of Western Plaguelands is probably the closest if you don't mind dying at the border and respawning on the other side. Stay off the roads near undercity.
