command to loot quest or other items?

is it posible to make a macro or a script command if the toon is within range of the selected corpse to make them loot without switching screen to loot manualy with each toon? or is ther one alredy, in any case i would be greatful if you would write it here or link me to one

There is no way to loot a coprse without clicking on it. As useful as that would be for us, to do so would open up a world of exploits unfortunately. :(

The only thing that comes close only applies to skinning. You can macro skinning on a clone (/cast Skinning with targets set properly), and with auto-loot enabled in your interface options, the clone can skin and loot the leather without needing to click.
