WoW Formations GUI

I have used formations before in FF XIV, the gui with the little people would show up and you click on one to switch to that formation, ect. But with WoW, that gui that you can click is not showing up. I have seen it in isboxer setup videos, so I know it can work. Anybody know off the top of their head what is getting in the way?

Change the Hotkey to something else, like Shift+Alt+F - I noticed this recently myself, and I assume there's some global key conflict with the default binding.
