Trying to find a resource listing which classes get a party buff (blessings, Aura , power word fortitude ) or battle utility (curse or faeiri fire or thorns) and what level they get the party buff...

Want to know for sure which class not to include if they dont bring buffs.

Thinking I might not want duplicate classes if their buffs cant stack.

I will Let you know if I find a guide. If you know of one please reply with link.

Thanks for your help.

I have used the raid composition on wowhead - you can make your team or just pull a class over and the info of buff is at bottom

Buffs in classic are much more impactful for melee than for casters. There are multiple debuffs that reduce the enemies armor (sunder, FF, various weapon procs) and attack power/stat buffs do a lot more for melee than they do for casters. There are no castable spell damage buffs and intellect increases your spell crit by 1% for every 60 intellect.

If you're planning on running a caster team I wouldn't stress too much about maximizing every possible buff. For example, adding a druid into a caster group to provide MoTW and 3% crit aura might seem like a good idea but you'd actually lose DPS compared to just having another mage.

The only two really important buffs I can think of are windfury totem and blessing of salvation. Those two buffs actually do have a significant impact.

I assume Windfury Totem won't stack though? :(

I don't know what buffs really stack either, I checked some time ago and didn't find any good answer.

I think Fortitude and Blood Pact shouldn't stack, since they both just add stamina but MOTW should stack with it since it adds all attributes and kings should also stack with both fortitude and motw since it adds % stats which is not the same as them. I think Scroll of Stamina is the same as Fortitude/Blood Pact so doesn't stack.

So in theory improved Fortitude 70.2 stamina + Mark of the Wild 16.2 stamina + Kings 10% stamina would stack.
But fortitude overwrite Blood Pact 49.4 stamina or Stamina Scroll, so they shouldn't stack.

I think Retribution Aura stacks with either of Thorns or Imp pet Fire Shield, but those 2 doesn't stack with each others.

I think resistance from spells doesn't stack at all with each others except if I remember right Demon Armor or Ice Armor stacks with other effects.

I think it almost always is "if they have the same effect, they don't stack", except for retribution aura, healing stream totem and self buffs.
