With all the positive attention we've had just lately from the official blue-bods, I'm feeling all warm and fuzzy about software multiboxing again.

To reduce my field of vision, I'm going to have a go at five boxing with two machines - my main on its own, and the four drones all together on another machine.

I have an Ergotron DS100 ('http://www.ergotron.com/Products/MultimonitorMounts/tabid/159/ctl/Product/mid/545/PRDID/196/language/en-GB/default.aspx') quad-monitor mount, so whatever I get must have VESA mounts (either 50 or 100), be no bigger than ~23 inches and must not be wide-screen (the latter is more of an asthetic and personal preference thing).

Currently, all 4 mounts hold cheap'n'cheerful 19" 1280x1024 Viewsonic monitors. Nothing to write home about, but adequate. My plan is to simply replace one of those with a higher quality screen that can run 4 tiled WoWs at a reasonable resolution.

I had a read of the other Monitor Recommendation thread, which links to New Egg, but couldn't find the European equivalent screens.

So, can anyone recommend a decent monitor for me? I'm in Germany right now (Frankfurt), so it needs to be something I can just pick up from Media Markt, Saturn or amazon.de.

I'm currently leaning towards a Samsung SyncMaster 214T ('http://www.amazon.de/Samsung-SyncMaster-214T-Monitor-Kontrast/dp/tech-data/B000B8GSF2/ref=de_a_smtd?ie=UTF8&qid=1207824069&sr=8-2'), but all suggestions are gratefully received.

Thanks in advance :)

According to anandtech.com this ('http://www.bestbuy.com/site/olspage.jsp?skuId=8739118&productCategoryId=pcmcat143700050048&type=product&tab=2&id=1201913867539#productdetail') 22" widescreen is the best gaming monitor out right now. On sale for $289.99 at Best Buy. I know they have it in EU. but it's a different model #, which I don't know.

Thanks. The closest I've found is this one (http://www.amazon.de/LG-Flatron-Monitor-schwarz-Kontrast/dp/tech-data/B000WQWF0A/ref=de_a_smtd?ie=UTF8&qid=1208161784&sr=8-1). It ticks all the boxes, even though it is a few pixels short on vertical resolution.

I'm in the UK for a few more days, but will take a closer look when I get back to Germany.

Cheers.
