Hey. My current setup is :

I7 9700K @ stock
R9 380 4G
MSI Z390 MEG ACE
SAMSUNG EVO 860
CORSAIR H100i v2
CORSAIR VENGEANCE 3000 MHZ 24 GB RAM

So, i want to buy 4k monitor and wanna upgrade gpu. If i get 2080ti and 4k monitor am i able to run 9 clients at graphic settings "1" on all clients?

At the moment cpu usage is hitting around %90 at 1080p resolution while running 8 accounts. So fps is decreasing to 10 sometimes on foreground. Main account is at 30 fps and slaves are at 20 fps. CPU usage is gonna decrease when i play at 4K resolution? I know that 9700K is a decent cpu for 8 man multi-boxing but cpu usage seems so high to me. Its all about GPU or lack of RAM? Should i overclock the CPU @ 5 Ghz ? It really makes difference?

I have to say that VRAM and RAM usage is ok. RAM usage starts at 24 GB then decreasing to 17GB. Also im running Dx 11 Legacy

You can always reduce the graphics and renderscale settings to give you more GPU breathing room, but if your CPU is pegging, there isn't a whole lot left to trim out. Are you running a detail/slot-swap macro to help tune that on the fly?

I'm not running any slot-swap macro. I will try it. So you have any idea about 9 man boxing at 4k resolution with 2080 or 2080ti?

As long as you are using dx11legacy it's going to be fine, but definitely get the 2080ti for the extra VRAM. You can get 60/30 fps in 5-box easily and good performance in 8-10 box if you have the patience to find the right settings. I found slot swap made a lot of difference, especially switching off any anti-aliasing, low settings for shadows and water. For CPU usage you could maybe try lowering the view distance / ground clutter / etc. But really 90% CPU is no problem as long as you have sufficient cooling. (I have similar to you 4k screen, 2080ti, i7-8700K and 32gb ram).
