[WOW Classic] How can I display both herbs and ore at the same time?

I'm getting back into boxing after a long absence. I plan to box Classic Wow when it's released and I plan to have mining on my main and herbalism on one of my slaves. Is there a way to display both types of nodes on the minimap at the same time? I'm using ISBoxer.

Using VideoFX you can display both mini-maps on your screen at the same time.

Thanks for the replies! I was able to set it up, but the image is very blurry. I made the viewer the same size as the source and played around with a few settings, but nothing worked. Any ideas?

hopefully isboxer2 can use the game rez directly but for now what mirai linked is the workaround

I haven't play the game for many years, but I assume there're addons that can resize the mini map?
Then just enlarge the mini map on the slave screen, that will make the videofx viewer less blurry. In theory, this should work. :cool:

Why not just have a gatherer and a crafter? - Drive from the gatherer that has herbalism and mining, then pass the mats to the crafter(s). Then not only do you get both types of nodes on one minimap but you can collect both without having to switch screens

You can only track one at a time in classic/vanilla

back in BC I used to have a macro to keep toggling which one I am tracking but I think VFX the other gatherer is better (as demo'ed above)

ps: also for 2 gather I think skinning+herb is probably best and mining in slot 2 to avoid an extra iwt or even be able to mouse over and tell if a corpse is skinnable or not (that some other player killed) and mine nodes are easier to spot visually than herb nodes

Just an idea I had.

If you wanted to gather from Master, with both Mining and Herbalism. You can do this:

- Get Herbalism and Mining on Master.
- On your Master, track Mining Nodes.
- On a slave, get herbalism and track herbs. Send a VFX source from this slave and view the herb tracking on your master.

Is there any program that can do the videofx / picture in picture like ISBoxer does?

I intend to not use ISBoxer for classic but I kinda want that functionality, feels like it should be several programs that have that functionality but I tried to search and didn't get any good results.
