I play a Paladin and I have 2 RL friends that play a Druid healer and 3x Shaman. So far, we've cleared all 5 mans but MGT and the last boss of Arc. We've done SH lot of times but its always a bitch on this second boss and his agro wipe and I (Pali) can't get agro back most of the time. Guys have any tips on this boss? We kill him but takes so long cause the 3 shaman are running around trying to loose agro. You guys start off real slow and wait for first agro wipe before dps going all out?

We just burn him down asap, when he does the aggro-wipe I pop wings, throw a shield up his ass, JoR, Consecrate and basically go to town. Usually that gets aggro back and if it doesn't I BoP whoever he's hitting. He doesn't hit too hard anyway; most classes can tank him for a bit.
He just has time for 1 aggro-wipe like that.

When I first did this guy none of my mages had max defense and got raped pretty quick (Crushing blows almost 100% of the time combined with high crit rate), had to do the slow DPS and wait for the aggro change to ensure my guys didn't get into melee with him at all.
As it stands now I just spread my guys out and do full DPS the entire time. I use ice armor on the mages and just chain heal them while they finish him off (Tank beats on him the entire time from the rear)
The way my group has always done it is wait for both heads to have finished talking the first time. That mob acts as if it has two aggro tables because of his two heads, but he cannot be taunted. After each head has said something, it would be safe to begin DPS. The thing to remember is that he can't be taunted, so upon aggro switch, as Fursphere said, stop DPS and let the tank build aggro back. Hopefully whoever has aggro should be running to meet the tank so it's not a scene where some Benny Hill Chase music should be playing.

This works well with high dps groups.
Grouphug the boss, no one at range, DPS behind, Tank in front.
Nuke like hell, keep consecration up.
The aggro dump hits everyone in melee that gets knocked back. (Unless it is resisted, in which case, ouch?)
This seems to work well for me, you might need slightly more healing though. Or AoE heals.
