It's sold out at the Blizzard store, but they've said to check your local retailers to see if they'll have them for pre-order in the coming days (https://us.forums.blizzard.com/en/wow/t/ce-edition-sold-out-more-copies/172489/2?u=architect-malganis).

Newegg had them available earlier this morning, but, as expected, they sold out by the afternoon. Amazon has a listing, as well, but I don't know if they were in stock there yet, or if I just looked at the page too late.
