That should be fine to run 5 accounts on. There are numerous sticky threads in these forums with instructions on that. I recommend picking a single class for all 5 of your characters on your first attempt at multi-boxing so that you can use all of the same spells & hotkeys across the accounts. It cuts down on the need to multi-task significantly.
Many people choose shaman for this because in elemental spec they do excellent ranged damage, yet can still heal, and many of their totem buffs are additive, so you 5x the benefits of some of the buffs. They are also not nearly as squishy as the cloth DPS classes.

True true, Shamans looks realy nice, But not all totems stack do they ?, Btw, My new 22" monitor, Do any of you guys have problem with your eyes on new screens, My old 17" was just fine, But this new one it feels like my eyes are about to bleed, its like a very bright light from it or somthing :P, i tryed to configure all the light things and stuff but no help, and i dont want to play with almost black screen, Any one know whats wrong ? or is it just me that havent got use to it yet

Welcome to the forums. Nice to see new boxers, means this community is heading in the right direction.
1st - Are you using Vista or XP or something else?
2nd - Is that a total of 2048mb of Ram or 3 sticks of 2048mb?
3rd - If answer to nr1 was XP make sure you have at least 4mb of Ram
4th - If answer to nr1 was Vista, I'd chuck in as much as possible to up your Ram.
5th - IMO Keyclone is a good way to start.
Additions - Multiboxing is about personal choice, there are many here who have prved that 1 Paladin and 4 Shamans can do All Heroics, some have proved 5 Shammies can do all Heroics. Its down to what you want and what you think will be good. There is nothing stopping you trying 5 rogues or 4 pallies and a resto druid. :P
There are some setups that will make your life easy, some that will challenge you and test you, depends if you want tried and tested or OMG 5 rogues own!
It can be hard sometimes and you will have down points where you think wtf am I doing this for. Look further than that and imagine the pwnage you will have at level 70 doing your own heroics or farming those arena's like Ellay. I can't wait to see how easy 5 hunters will do at farming stuff. I mean, thats nonstop grinding, forever. Pets, auto shot X5! You cant beat that. gogo Gold Income!
Other than that I think your setup is fine, I play with a 22" and that does me fine, with Keyclone and PiP ofc.
Need anything, shout up or drop a PM and I'll try my best.

Right now i am doing 5 Locks. Lv22 now - i am not powerleveling them so they are all 5 lv 22 - no twinkage too.
Yesterday i went to wailing caves with lv19 and just rick rolled all the mobs in there. Your 2 instant-dots kill nearly everything, your voidwalker keep the aggro without any problem cause your damage is spread among 5 DPS guys ... and with skilled life drain you never run out of mana and you even do significant damage just by life leeching with all 5 toons while your dots work. I could even handle a miss pull with 8 lv19 elite mobs without even loosing a pet.
With Succi out you can even CC vs Human mobs like in Shadowfang. No idea though how this group will stand up in the 70ish 5 inis though.
and not to forget: 5 Soulstones 8)

I have a pretty much the same setup. And it works fine with 5 accounts. Just make sure you set the affinity in keyclone and spread the wow instances across the 4 cores.
Also, I would overclock your q6600 to 3.0ghz.
As far as the class selection goes, it really depends on your end-goal. If you're mostly interested in PvP then 5 Shammies is a safe bet. Any 4 of a DPS class and a healer is also a decent choice. Those types of setups can also do quite nicely in some regular instances, but they generally hit a brick wall when going into heroic instances.
If your end goal is to push the PvE limits, then you need a Tank/Healer combo to anchor your team and then go from there. I have no interest in PvP, so I started a Warrior/Priest/3 Mage team. That team did well, but later I decided to drop one of the mages for a warlock and it's been working out even better. That team can't aspire to much more than welfare arena points, but it's a blast to play in instances. Once properly geared, I'm hoping to do even the toughest heroics.
