I would spend a little bit more and get the 9900k cpu with 8 core and 16 threads. Besides that = very nice and will be a enjoyable system for 5 (and all other new games besides wow) for a long time.

It looks good. As was already suggested, moving to a 9900K will last you longer than a 9700K, and it should only be ~$100 more.
