5 Beast Mastery Hunters - Season 2 BFA Mythic+ progression vids

Hi all,

Started multi-boxing after deciding to get into it with the holiday sale of BFA. Always played a hunter and I figured, in theory, I could do Mythic+ runs with 5 of them. I hadn't done anything Mythic+ prior to this and wasn't even running dungeons at all so it's been a learning process.

I am trying to do weekly videos. My first was at the end of Season 1 and have a couple from Season 2 posted as I progress.

My top 4 favorite so far that I can do on time are Motherlode, Freehold, Tol Dagor and Waycrest Manor.
Middle 3 that I can do, but slowly, are Temple of Sethrallis, Kings Rest, Shrine of the storm (lack of checkpoints makes me sad)
Bottom 3 that I just don't want to touch for this comp are Underrott (last boss really), Atal'dazar (the totem guy is tricky), and Siege (last boss issues)

Uploaded a new video from this past week. +5 Shrine of the Storm , Not in time, but just wanting to show how I run through it with the 5 hunters. Plus got some upgrades for the boys so it was all good. Only had 1 +4 key from the chest this week that I had any chance at and that was +4 waycrest. I managed to get that with 4 seconds left and got a +5 shrine key from it.

On my 380 ilvl hunters I did a M0 motherlode and then tried a M+2 freehold but died a few times on a boss and just gave up.

I laughed way too hard when your leader jumped across the chasm and the followers all did the Geronimo off the side. ;)

I was laughing at myself so hard when that happened. I did the same thing in Kings Rest the first time i ran that as well. Lessons learned. LMAO.

Thanks! I have uploaded a new one to show how I approach Freehold. Sorry for the lack of videos. Weeks 4 and 5 have given me a hard time. The 2nd affix and just the lack of desirable keystones have slowed progress a bit. This video is Freehold +2 with Tyrannical affix from Week 5. First boss is the hardest for how I'm setup (one monitor, lots of ALT Tabbing), otherwise I love this dungeon. Next week for week 6 the affix's look very promising for my 5 hunters so I am hoping to get to +7 and up.

Really really great, love it! I did give a try with my 5 BM hunters in M+0 and I could not get passed the first boss. I'm unsure if my rotation is extremely bad or if my ilvl is the issue. I definitely have a low ilvl, something like 350-360, and all the toons reach 10k on that boss then average to 8k DPS. Do you remember what was your DPS when you were at that ilvl?

I was in the 360's and doing like 8-10k looking back at old video's i recorded. The biggest for me was just finding what worked for me and how I play. I want to have fun and play like how I like to play, so I just found what worked. Survivability is the name of the game on some boss fights. You can only out dps things so much, then I find I have to stagger my heals well, use turtle shell at smart times, survival of the fittest from the tenacity pet helps, moving out the poop helps. LOL

I imagine if I had the other windows visable on another monitor it would be easy to just switch to the toon taking the beating and move him easily, but I'm on 1 monitor and all my windows are just stacked, so lots of Alt Tabbing if needed.

I would just keep trying till you figure out what works on that guy. Or just run others and gear up a bit more, it comes pretty easy with world quests, warfront stuff and mythic 0. even run heroic just to get a feel for the fight if need be, i did that a lot when I first started. Lots of normal and heroic, then mythic and mythic +.

If you feel that changing up your Window Layout would help, then why not do it? In my opinion, there's no doubt that not being able to see your other characters' windows is incredibly limiting during areas of gameplay where switching would be beneficial.

You can have all of them showing on one window.. would save you some money
