No more 110 twinks or powerleveling

You can no longer turn off your experience gains if you're level 110 or above.

So that means no more boosting your toons through island expeditions with a 110/111 with legendary gear.

"Blizzard" hasn't really been Blizzard since Activision took over. Blizzard was a company of gamers focused on creating worlds for gamers. Activision is a corporation focused on profit.

We’ve been thinking about this plan more today and agree that there are probably better ways to approach this issue. We’re going to hold off on this for the time being while we discuss.
After that, they un-stickied the thread to let it die, but people just keep bumping it.
