Group setup: Pally, Priest, Mage, Warlock, Hunter

Trash: trivial
Watch the runners.
The only tricky trash is the big demons that do the intimidating shout. I keep aspect of the pack on which means my tank is dazed and doesn't run far when feared. Completely trivializes the intimidating shout effect.

Ambassador Hellmaw ('http://www.wowwiki.com/Ambassador_Hellmaw')

Damnation and hellfire. My biggest problem in this fight is to get my healer back into healing range after a fear before the tank dies. Sometimes I am barely able to get the tank back up to full before the next fear lands. Any LoS issues or getting feared too far can mean the tank goes down before a heal lands.

My tactic:
Fight him in the tunnel he paths up and down in.
Get the priest back in healing range asap.
Hotkey the DPS to /follow the priest to get them in range and facing the boss.
Keep Aspect of the Pack on to prevent the pally from running too far.
Keep Renew ticking on the tank constantly
Shadow Protection Aura for hopefully a fear resist
Fear Ward to eat the first fear

Things that go wrong:
- priest is feared into a wall and get "Out of line of sight" even though right next to the tank (if any of your chars die after feared into a wall you won't be able to rez them either)
- priest gets feared one way, tank the other way, tank goes down before healer gets in range
- priest gets feared out of the tunnel into the boxes and get stuck/lost

Any other tips or techniques that will make this easier much appreciated. It is a bit of a lottery for me at the moment. My priest is working on primal mooncloth so should get a significant gear boost sometime soon.

PS: If anyone so much as mention a tremor totem I am going to come to your house and shove a totem where it will make you tremor.

Blackheart the Inciter ('http://www.wowwiki.com/Blackheart')

Been discussed to death. I only did 2 attempts, got him to <20% on the 2nd attempt. He hits really weak on the pally but still does significant damage to the clothies and getting aggro after a knockback/incite chaos is proving to be really difficult. My mage usually goes down pretty early followed by the hunter or the priest. I think on the last attempt my priest survived quite long but ran OOM in the end as most of the DPS was dead.

I still have a few strategies to try but was a bit tired of wiping at this stage. Second time I got to red armor during the run :(

Well you seem to have a fairly fear prone group. Anything I have to say is complete theorycraft given that I run one of those 'unmentionable' groups.

I would think you might be able to get through Hellmaw reliably by doing the following in order

Fear Ward the priest (not the pally) Hopefully he'll chase someone else but if he chases the priest then fade/shield/self heal, etc. You can chase down the pally with your priest, then you're together and all is well.

Then prior to next cast Bestial Wrath on your hunter pet (may need a talent spec to get it? Iono) and keep growl on for that fear then he'll just waste time killing the pet.

Third fear, Divine Shield the Priest, similar to first

4th or maybe in the middle if something goes awry, PvP anti-fear trinkets. I believe they're very cheap/easy to get but not sure since I've had mine since '05

and by then... well, he better be dead.

Also might use a warlock pet (in the case that you're currently just using imp) so that he's got another less important target to go after.

On Blackheart... well the totem pushers get a little payback. 4x chain lightning vs. yourself FTL. That's the lotto one for me. Our shields and chain mail do help a bit with the mitigation though. I think the ticket here for everyone is to get your stam up such that you survive a beat down by your own crew. Post incite group heal, fade, and be patient while you struggle to get aggro back with your blue rage tank (frustrating, I pot a lot on this). What I do here is take the crew around the left side and park them in the corner by the door, then run out with my pally and pull. This 'generally' keeps them grouped together so you don't waste a whole phase chasing down your own runners. A lot of teams (non multiboxing at least) always wanted to keep people separated so they didn't hurt each other as much. This always frustrated me as a healer because then I couldn't heal them either. If you have the stam to survive each chaos then stay grouped and simplify everything. If you can keep all of your DPS alive, then you're healer won't run out of mana. Also key up misdirect on hunter to help get aggro back on Pally. Pets that can pull aggro will help to.

Seems like a plan. The pally firmly keeps aggro during the fears. I haven't had the pally lose aggro even when party members resist the fear.

There is no way the pet will take aggro off the pally.

This will be tough to time. The pally can bubble out of the fear but usually I will keep the bubble for those times when I know the heal won't land in time.

I just started doing AVs, up to about 5K honor and I might just have to bite the bullet and get those. I can break fear on the pally once and fear on the priest once which means two fears I can handle easily enough.

So Fear Ward -> Trinket -> Trinket -> Bubble and maybe a Blessing of Protection on the priest should make 4-5 fears manageable.

On Blackheart... Also key up misdirect on hunter to help get aggro back on Pally. Pets that can pull aggro will help to.

Good idea. I forgot about misdirect.

Thanks for the feedback :)
