Back in the day i played with 16. Two computers.
Each pc had: i7 6core/12threads, 64 gb ram (you may go 32gb), 980ti 6gb vram, 650w powersupply, 250ish ssd, 2 x 24 inch monitors. 2 x 12cm aio.
It worked well i think.
Maybe you can find something similar or better (ideally) for a good second hand price.

Thanks for the info, ive been looking for info that helps me to run the 16x in one computer, but looks like you have to spend a lot of money to do it, i dont care about graphics or high fps, i just want to run them.

Yes sir, you pretty much need a pc with the speccs of double the power (or slightly more) of the one i listed above, if you want to run them in 1080p, 60 fps front, 30 fps, ingame settings 1 on all, except around 4ish on main. Expect 3k++ dollars most likly, depending on where you live.
I used to do raids on these two computers with 16. I did try to cram it on 1 pc, but the cpu etc was maxxed out and had lots of lag. The issue was solved after i added a 2nd pc.
Just remember that you might run into a issue not having enough internet bandwith... not enough power from the powerlines...have to make electric upgrades...when you start adding more accounts and pcs... more fun... more money out of pocket.

thanks again for your advice, what do you mean with electric upgrades and power from powerlines? im kinda new to this and my setup has been so basic, i want them to farm, i play in the lowest settings with 30 fps foreground and 15 fps background, also render scale at lowest, i dont really care about graphics, i know a guy running 24 accounts in the same pc with an i7 3770k Overclocked with 32gb of ram everything at low settings too.

I box 11 accounts on:
Mainboard Model P8Z68-V
CPU Specification Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-2600K CPU @ 3.40GHz
VGA NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 6GB
RAM Kingston 32GB DDR3
HDD SSD 250 GB Samsung 850 EVO
When I am idling in old world zones my CPU usage is at 50%/57 °C, VGA status is 52°C, 20% memory usage, 45% core and power usage. RAM at 25 GB with Firefox and some other programs open. Each process wow.exe take about 1,7 GB RAM with graphic settings to 1 on all chars except the first of both groups, which I have set to 5. All are set to 60/25 fps and it runs OK, but in crowded zones and/or dungeon/raid they sometimes go to 20 fps or lower. I have 2 monitors, so video setting in ISboxer is set to 11 clients on 1 with empty space for the 12 and I watch movies on the other LCD. Which is fine for me. However when zoning with all 10 chars to new zone hub (Dalaran in Legion, Zul-dazar in BFA) RAM usage way exceeds 32 GB and the clients crash. I have to close everything besides Wow.exe to be able to zone to major quest hub or have to zone them 1 by 1. All other zones are ok.
So I definitely recommend more than 32 GB RAM

thanks a lot for the answer, i dont know why my CPU usage is at 90-95% all the time when i am farming at suramar or some other places, i have render scale at the lowest i can, also fps for main is at 20 and background for slaves at 12fps is almost impossible to open chrome.

Usually a powersocket / power breaker doesnt support that much. Check the fusebreaker to figure out how many ampere it can support. If you start drawing too much watts on it, it may become dark inside ;)
Once you start running multiple pcs, monitors etc, this can become a issue.
