View Full Version : Video split X 8 or 10?
ok...i got this hair brained idea to put 8 or 10 screens onto ONE 46 LCD HD tv. I found a video splitter that will only do quads. Is it even possible to put 10 computers onto one screen? I figured someone here may know the answer and point me in the right direction. The 4 screen splitter is 4k. The sales person couldnt tell me if I could daisy chain another splitter and control that with one keyboard. If it's not available, then why not?

You'd be greatly dissapointed in the performance. I hate to burst your bubble. Even at 1080p, your TV is probably 1920x1080 resolution, while 22" Widescreen monitors are 1680 x 1050. So, your TV is roughly 1/2 the resolution. It would seem pretty grainy if you were up close to it. Get a 30" LCD Monitor. People 5 box on those. I use a 22" Widescreen and a 19" regular.
Resolution is going to be very poor.
