Since you can't queue them (I assume?) - Instances isn't really worth it unless you got massive amounts of quests? Or is there any queue trick to get 5x tanks in?

Questing 110-120 is pretty easy with 5 tanks.
You can always walk to the instance if you have quests.

Can run 1x Prot Pal 4x Blood DK if you want to be able to use dungeon finder.

Dungeon finder is great for leveling but if you plan on using this team at max level then do not worry about being unable to queue. You have to hoof it to the entrance to do mythics anyways.

There is a plus to being able to queue for timewalking and holiday bosses, but for end game content its not important.

I was running a 5x DK group and the DPS output is awesome. It got a little tiring having to run to each instance so I added a Pally.

EDIT: As John says, it comes down to what you want to do with the group.

Yeah, as I mentioned in other threads, I added a Paladin to compliment my 5 DKs. I don't play the 5th DK much right now. It IS nice having the direct heals when you need them, and yeah, until I can get geared for mythics, just clicking dungeon finder is super helpful :)

But, leveling the 5 DKs to 120 with the auras (war mode) and self heals and such was a breeze.

Need to remember to keep my 5th DK in the gear chain though, he's pretty far behind right now.

yeah, my challenge is that the DK's are not leveled at all, and dont have spare boosts atm - so it's a case of 58-120 :P but might just add another healer capable char to the mix for the leveling
