Planning for 5box - fastest accounts setup process?

So I am just planning the process of getting ramped up to a 5box setup.

I am still shopping for parts and coming up with my new PC build (will post when I have the final list for you all to review and provide feedback).

My question now is: Whats the easiest/fastest and cheapest way to get 5 accounts online?

I currently have 2 accounts and the second one i did through a trial upgrade, the only issue is it took a little bit for the account to upgrade. I suppose this is the best method? Is there a limit however to how many i can do through trial upgrades?

Should I buy 3 box sets of BC? Seems like a waste of paper/plastic etc. ^^

All of my accounts other than the original one that came from the box started as trial accounts. I just installed/copied the contents of my existing install and then used Account Management on the WoW page to upgrade the trials to real accounts and then upgrade to TBC as well. There was no delay in that for me.
