Hello - How to loot

Hello everyone.

New to multiboxing as well to world of warcraft. Started 5 days ago and thought I might as well give this a try.

I been lurking around in the forums before I got my self into it.

So far its going quite well, just hit lvl 16 and finished Ragefire Chasm. Running with Prot paladin, 3 x elemental shamans, Resto druid.

Many things that I still havent figured out yet. But one thing that I am struggling with, probably just missing it.

How do you guys loot? Is there a way to loot all with the driving character?

I loot the old way, switching from character to character, as i need to. You can ITW with a corpse to loot, but you will need to do it a few tiems to make sure each toon gets everything. Also i hear there was a way to use a loot boomerang. but i have not reviewed that setup yet.

I got engineering proffession as one of my proffessions, its to use the lootarang toy. Think it only skill level 1 thats needed now to use it. I bought mine at the AH.

Then use the jamba or EMA addon and activate advanced looting somewhere in the options. Im not home so i cant check where it was located.

Assign a keybind to the toy and then as you loot, they will automatically loot one by one till there is nothing left to loot. If it semi failed, press that button again.

I created a seperate chat window, which i named "loot". If you play with f.ex 5 characters, its fast and easy to see if and what they got.

What I do is this:

1. Pre-macro
2. IWT
3. Spam accept loot macro

Her is the Pre-macro:


/use Loot-A-Rang
/cast Fetch
/targetlastenemy


Here is the Accept loot macro:


/run LootSlot(1)
/run LootSlot(2)
/run LootSlot(3)
/run LootSlot(4)
/run LootSlot(5)
/run LootSlot(6)
/run LootSlot(7)
/run LootSlot(8)
/run LootSlot(9)
/click StaticPopup1Button1


This should work for anyone. It uses Loot-a-rang, if you don't have that it uses Fetch, if you don't have that it will IWT. Then just spam accept loot macro until all have looted.

1. Jamba Loot options enabled
2. Blizzard Fast loot enabled
3. Addon AutoLootPlus

i experience less errors with the old jamba version than with the new ema which is a shame because
i really like ema more.

Also the blizzard faster loot option gets disabled after ever login which is annoying as hell.
