Get banned for this?

I really want to do this and i have multiple accounts in my name. My dad keeps saying omg your gonna get banned i talked to a gm.. for using stuff like keyclone or autokeynet or whatver.. I dont think this is true right cause i see all the people here with their chars.

the line is automation. if you use software that allows for automation, then you have crossed it. what is automation? anything that would allow your character to continue playing actively in wow... while you are not there.

keyclone does not allow for this. keyclone is like the strings for the puppet master... puppet master leaves, the puppets stop moving.

automation would be the puppets continue to carry out a series of tasks, with no need for the puppet master.

and yes... it is legal to use under wow and you will not get banned for using keyclone.

BUT... there are a few things to remember... you are multi-boxing, and as such:

o you WILL draw attention
o people WILL notice you
o you WILL be reported for such minor things like walking through town.
o gms WILL come check you out
o gms WILL check your accounts to make sure they are all under the same name
o you WILL get banned for account sharing if you have differently named accounts
